美国陶艺家煤球（中文名）着迷于八大山人、石涛，与妻子因为陶瓷相识于深圳，在景德镇重逢后成为中国女婿。他希望一岁的儿子能够在祖父和母亲儿时走过的弄堂里玩耍，在曾经运输过瓷土的青石板路上奔跑。独特的艺术质感与脉脉温情交织，如同陶瓷之路的源头一般朴素而动人。

Meiqiu, an American ceramist, is obsessed with Badashanren and Shi Tao’s works. He firstly came to know his wife in Shenzhen because of ceramics and then they got married when reunited in Jingdezhen. He hopes his one-year old son can soon play in the small lanes where his grandfather and mother walked when they were children. He also hopes his son can run on the blue-stone roads that were rutted out by the porcelain carts and the transporting of porcelain clay. The unique artistic quality and warmth of ceramics interweaves just like the source of the ceramic road, which is simple and moving.
